We are delighted to advise that the Bank is reducing interest margins in both Residential and Commercial products (including Mixed-use), with immediate effect, for New to Bank proposals.
For Residential Investment proposals, the minimum rate will be lowered to 3.49% plus base rate, from current minimum of 3.99% plus base rate. Whilst we now offer the capacity to fund proposals at 75% LTV, the lower interest rate change will only apply to proposals up to 70% LTV.
For Commercial Investment proposals, the minimum rate will be lowered to 4.49% plus base rate, from current minimum of 4.95% plus base rate. This change will be eligible to those suitable proposals up to our maximum LTV of 70%.
