Remember Octane have made notable changes to their proposition :
- The rates now start at 4.99% per year, with 1% deferred, giving a pay rate of 3.99% per year (regardless of loan size). (Remember we only stress test at 100% of the pay rate).
- There are now no ERCs in the final 2 years of the term for Waves 1-3.
- We can now get to 75% LTV on certain deals.
- We can now lend on bigger HMOS and more units within a MUFB.
- We can now lend on holiday lets and Air BnBs.
- The borrower criteria has been relaxed across the board.
