- The new process allows for faster, paperless transactions with greater control.
- Same day remortgage completions will now be possible following the introduction of this service.
Further Enhancements – Removal of Signed Direct Debit Mandate
We’re also pleased to let you know that with immediate effect, we’re removing the need for a paper Direct Debit mandate. We will carry out internal checks to verify the bank details. If the details cannot be verified we will require a copy of a recent bank statement to confirm the details are correct.
This change applies to all pipeline business as well as new applications.
These developments are designed to streamline the completion journey, enhance efficiency and deliver a more seamless experience for both you and your customers.
This will also eliminate the need for printing and posting documents, ultimately helping to improve completion times.
