Lower Fees for Smaller Loans £10k–£25k. We’ve reduced the starting fees to £595, improving competitiveness on APRC.
Fee Alignment Across Status 0 and Status 1. We’ve simplifyed the fee structure so Status 1 product fees are now aligned with Status 0.
Wider Eligibility for Status 1 Loans. We’re happy to announce that Loans up to 85% LTV are now available for Status 1 products
