You may have seen press articles last week reporting that we were to withdraw from the first charge mortgage market. We just wanted to reassure you that this is not the case.
We can confirm that Tandem has made a strategic decision to maintain our current first charge lending volumes rather than seek exponential growth.
We continue to lend and operate at current levels and there is no impact on new applications or pipeline cases.
What does that mean for brokers?
We’re open for business! Whilst our revised growth aspirations have unfortunately led to a reduction in the size of our team, our work with intermediaries is crucial and our team will continue to work with you to ensure the best offerings and service for customers.
