Not Sure Who to Contact? …start with your Relationship Manager

If you’re unsure who to speak to for the support you need or have a general enquiry, your local Business Relationship Manager is here to help. They can direct you to the right department, provide general guidance, and ensure the correct team handles your question.

If you’re looking to expand your firm by adding new advisers or team members, the Business Recruitment Team is here to support you. They manage the due diligence, onboarding, and approval process for all new joiners.

The Case Management Team provides a full application service from DIP to completion across all lenders. They submit DIPs and applications, liaise with lenders, manage progress, and claim commission. You can track updates in OMS to keep your client informed.

The Finance Team manages all commission processes, including reconciliation, statements, and payments.

This team manages marketing for the group, including your Marketing Tool Box content in BOX, Lender Learning in LMS, events, and network communication updates.

This team supports your induction, ongoing training, and CPD. They assist with setting up lender and provider agencies, system access (like sourcing tools), and provide guidance on using systems like OMS. They also help with password resets, additional training, and any general questions about the network.

If you don’t have the permissions, knowledge, or time to advise on a case, the Referral Team can help. With an Internal Adviser team of 16, they support with complex BTL, residential, bridging, and commercial cases, allowing you to assist more clients while earning commission without regulatory responsibility.

The Risk Team conducts case reviews where concerns are flagged, manages complaints, and carries out broker risk assessments. The Recruitment Team oversees due diligence and onboarding for new firms, advisers, and staff. They manage applications for new team members, conduct annual fit and proper assessments, and provide data to the FCA.

The Compliance Team handles your initial observations, role plays, and file reviews as you work toward CAS status. Post-CAS, they manage ongoing file checks and advertising approvals to ensure continued regulatory alignment.
