The Mortgage Lender are happy to confirm that we have this morning launched reduced BTL rates across our range, including:

  1. BTL 5-Year 75% LTV Fixed Rates with the following fees – 5%, 3%, 2%, £2495 fee
  2. BTL Fee Save remortgage product.
  3. BTL 5 Year HMO £2495 Fee and 2% Fee.
  4. BTL 2-Year 2% & 3% fee.
