Subject to satisfactory testing, with effect from Tuesday, 29th March we will be making a number of changes to our Buy to Let product range.
The Products Rates & Fees document is attached, summary of the changes is as follows:
- Purchase & Remortgage Cashback 5-Year 75% LTV rates increasing from 3.33% to 3.53% (standard) and 3.45% to 3.65% (HMO). Rows 152 – 168 on the attached.
- Free Legals Remortgage 5-Year 75% LTV rates increasing from 3.33% to 3.53% (standard) and 3.45% to 3.65% (HMO). Rows 187 – 203 on the attached.
- High £ Fee product 5-Year 75% LTV rate increasing from 3.24% to 3.34%. Rows 367 – 390 on the attached.
- Launch of new 1.50% Fee product. Rows 482 – 505
- Launch of new 2.50% Fee product. Rows 510 – 533
