Further to The Mortgage Lender email last week regarding, the Help to Buy product withdrawal, please find attached their updated product guides.
Their Help to Buy residential product range will be withdrawn to allow applications to proceed and complete in line with the Government Scheme withdrawal deadline.
Any cases in the pipeline need to be fully submitted with fees paid by the close of business on Monday 31st October. Applications submitted after this date will be offered on the core residential range and will not qualify for Help to Buy products.
