New maximum loan
We are reducing the maximum loan size available on our Variable Rate Produce to £200k across 1st Charge products and £150k for 2nd Charge products.
Pipeline
All pipeline cases which are currently above the new maximum loan sizes must be fully packaged and received by close of business Wednesday 7th December and must be offered by 20th December. New cases and cases requoted from today will attract the new maximum loan size.
