- 2 year fixed from 6.29%
- 5 year fixed from 6.39%
- Variable from 6.69%
Second Charge
- 2 year fixed from 6.79%
- 5 year fixed from 6.89%
- Variable from 7.19%
Consumer Buy to Let (First Charge)
- 2 year fixed from 6.39%
- 5 year fixed from 6.49%
- Variable from 6.79%
Consumer Buy to Let (Second Charge)
- 2 year fixed from 6.69%
- 5 year fixed from 6.79%
- Variable from 7.09%
Regulated Bridge
- From 0.74% at 50% LTV
- From 0.79% at 60% LTV
- From 0.84% at 70% LTV
The above changes will be applied to any new quotes or any pipeline cases re-quoted and keyed on to My Broker Venue from 2nd September 2022.

Commercial Finance Product Changes
From 2nd September, any new cases keyed onto My Broker Venue for Commercial Term 5 year fixed will start from 10.49%.
The above changes will be applied to any new quotes keyed on to My Broker Venue, and any pipeline cases re-quoted from 2nd September 2022.

Any fully submitted applications that have not been funded by the 30th of September will need to be requoted to reflect new rates.
Applications that have not been fully submitted prior to the 2nd of September 2022 will need to be requoted to reflect the new rate.
