Variable rate increased by 0.50bps
- Gold Exclusive 6.99% to 7.49%
- Specialist BTL 1stcharge 7.49% to 7.99%
- Specialist BTL 2ndcharge 8.49% to 8.99%
- Flexi BTL 1stcharge (up to 3 demerits/foreign nationals/ex-pats) 8.99% to 9.49%
- Flexi BTL 2ndcharge (up to 3 demerits/foreign nationals/ex-pats) 9.99% to 10.49%
Commercial Term & Bridging Finance
Variable rate increased by 0.50bps
- Gold Exclusive 8.49% to 8.99% (<60% LTV min loan £250k)
- Gold Exclusive 8.99% to 9.49% (<70% LTV min loan £39k)
- Commercial Term 9.49% to 9.99%
All Fixed Rates remain unchanged
Reminder of funding deadlines
All cases on a variable rate submitted prior to COB 7th February 2023, will need to complete by Tuesday 7th March 2023
No exceptions will be made to these dates.
