On Tuesday 18 October, TSB Bank is making the following changes to their Residential, Product Transfer and Additional Borrowing products:
Residential
- Introducing 3 Year Fixed Remortgage products
Product Transfer
- Residential 2 Year Fixed, rates increasing by up to 0.95%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed, rates increasing by up to 1.40%
Additional Borrowing
- Residential 2 Year Fixed, rates increasing by up to 0.90%
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed, rates increasing by up to 1.40%
To make way for new rates they will be withdrawing some products, click on the link below for the full list.
Please submit existing applications for these products by midnight on Monday 17 October as they won’t be available after this time.
The new product guide will be available to download from their website on 18 October.
