With immediate effect all plans now allow Unlimited Overpayments, and Mortgage Illustrations and Offer documents have been updated to reflect this. Where stated, an Early Repayment Charge (ERC) will only now become payable in the event of full redemption.
We have extended this feature to all pre-offer applications, so there is no need to re-key applications, for customers to benefit from this new feature.
