Virgin Media have just launched their exciting new range of Retrofit Boost Mortgages, offering up to £15,000 cashback to homeowners making energy-efficient improvements to their property.
What is a Retrofit Boost mortgage?
Our Retrofit Boost mortgages are a new range of 5, 7, and 10-year fixed rate mortgages. They provide cashback to help customers when making improvements such as, installing insulation, solar panels, battery storage, or heat pumps to their properties.
Our range is available for new residential & BTL customers with loan sizes of £150k-£500k and offers a range of fixed-rate options:
- R15,000 cashback for a 10-year term
- R10,000 cashback for a 7-year term
- R3,000 cashback for a 5-year term
Rates are higher than our core range in return for providing cashback, which is paid to the conveyancer at mortgage completion.
