West One are glad to update you with our LATEST Buy-to-Let news. We will be implementing changes on our 1st Charge BTL product range. The changes affect our Limited Edition, Standard, Specialist, and Complex product ranges.
Please see below updates, we’d be delighted if you can share with your members.
Product Changes:
- Core Range: 15bps reduction on ALL 2-year fixed rate and 5-year fixed rate products
- Limited Edition: Up to 11bps reduction on Standard and Specialist fixed rate products.
- 2-year fixed rates now starting from 2.49%
- 5-year fixed rates now starting from 4.23%
We offer a wide range of fee options, which are available across our product range. Fees are product specific, ranging from 1.00% to 9.99% which provides your clients with a variety of options depending on their individual circumstances. (1% fee option not currently available on Limited Edition product range).
