The details for this Limited edition product are as follows;
- Two 5 year fixed rates – one at 65% and the other at 70% (No 75% band for this product) Available on our W1 standard (not specialist)
- 65% rate = 3.39% plus 2% fee
- 70% rate = 3.44% plus 2% fee
- Max loan size £500k
- Max property value £800k
- Max 2 loans per borrower on this Limited edition product – Our overall Maximum exposure per customer is £1.5m across all our product ranges.
