Their new Life and Critical Illness cover is available as part of their Flexible Protection Plan, providing a more affordable option in their life and critical illness suite. They offer this alongside the more comprehensive cover which they’ve now called Life and Enhanced Critical Illness cover.

Almost 80% of LV= Critical Illness claims were for cancer, stroke and  heart conditions. Your client is covered for the conditions they’re more likely to claim on, and more, with 41 conditions covered in total (including optional TPD).

Added flexibility for protecting your client’s family

Enhanced Children’s Cover comes as an optional add-on, which can be added or removed* at any time during the policy (once removed it cannot be re-added). This means your clients won’t pay for cover they don’t need – if their circumstances change, so can their cover providing more flexibility.

*Your client must tell LV= to remove this from their cover once their youngest child reaches 23, so they don’t pay for cover they can’t claim on.

Extra peace of mind with enhanced accident benefit

For 9 conditions we’ll pay your an enhanced claim payment of up to 50% on top of their cover (up to £200,00). This is paid if your client’s condition occurs as the direct result of an accident.
