Residential competency test – New Starter
You will need to pass this short knowledge test as part of the sig off process to be able to advise on residential mortgages. It is recommended that you take this shortly after attending the "Residential Knowledge Training Day"
Residential Competency Test – Experienced Starter
This course contains a shirt test that you should complete and pass before attending the Residential sign off day. If you feel you need more support to pass this test then you should attend the Residential Knowledge Training Day which will contain a lot of information to assist with this test.
BTL Competency course – Experienced starter
BTL Competency course – New Starter
This course will need to be completed to obtain your advising permissions for non regulated mortgages. You should complete this as you go through the sign off process and will receive appropriate CPD points as you complete the various sections.

CCA Permissions Sign-off New Adviser
This course will need to be completed as you go through your initial training to receive advising permissions for these areas. As you complete various training days you will be advised to complete the appropriate tasks within this course to show your progress and receive appropriate CPD points

Completion of this Protection induction pre-course reading module is MANDATORY for advisers or Network Members of Connect who are seeking permissions to sell protection. You should complete this module before attending the Protection induction course.
