Harpenden Building Society has introduced an exclusive Holiday Let mortgage product for Legal & General Mortgage Club members.
The 2 year discounted product has an initial rate of 2.59% with a £100 application fee, £800 completion fee which can be added to the loan, and scaled valuation fees. An ERC of 2% applies for the two year period. The product is offered up to 80% LTV on a repayment basis or 75% interest only.
