We’re also launching a new 95% LTV deal; fixed at 3.55% for 5 years with no product fee.
We’ve still a full range of Product Transfer rates which are available to existing Accord clients whose current deal is coming to an end or their mortgage rate is our SVR
And don’t forget we pay a competitive 0.30% proc fee for product transfers and additional loans over £3,000.
