Aldermore have withdrawn their buy to let Limited Edition mortgage rates from 6pm yesterday, 1 December 2021.

Have you seen our spectacular cashback range? Up to £2,000 cashback for your buy to let cases including HMOs & Multi-units. 

That’s right! Metro Bank now offer buy to let purchase and remortgage products up to a maximum of 80% LTV. They have also decreased their 5 year fixed stress rate to 3.5% at 140% of the mortgage interest calculated for loans up to 75% LTV and no longer require income proof for self-funding buy to lets.

If you plan to submit applications to aldermore directly for either Commercial or Ltd Company business, and do not have a current agency, this update will affect you. You have until COB Monday to set up your agency for direct submission. Please contact the member support team if you need assistance. You will still be able to submit Aldermore commercial and Ltd company business without an agency after the Monday deadline via the packaged route.

If you submit your own applications under the Legal and General distribution route, you need to make sure you claim your procuration fees to get paid quickly. You can now do this even easier via the Legal and General Club hub. Click through to find out more.
