UTB has been approved by the British Business Bank (BBB) as a lender under the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme

New product codes issued and end dates extended to end 31 October 2020.

We have now introduced a new lower rate on our BTL range. The starting rate is now 4.99% per annum with 1% deferred, giving a pay rate of 3.99% per annum!
