This course contains a that new members to connect will need to pass to confirm your knowledge is at a good level to advise on BTL Mortgages.
The Test will contain 20 questions and the pass mark is 80% (16 out of 20). You will have two attempts at the test. If you pass in these two attempts you can proceed straight to the BTL sign off day to receive your advising permissions in this area. If you fail the test twice you will need to attend the BTL Knowledge day to refresh your knowledge in this area before proceeding to the sign off day. It should be noted that you are welcome to attend the BTL knowledge day anyway if you feel you would benefit from a refresher (and receive CPD hours for attending)
There is no supporting reading material for this test as it covers areas you would be expected to know as a BTL advisor in the market today.
