Home Purchase Plans (HPP) – Connect does not hold the FCA permissions to be able to place owner/occupier HPP cases with us and so these can be introduced to us. We will contact the client, provide the advice and see the case through to completion. An introduction proc fee will be paid upon completion. Please note that due to data protection and GDPR we would be unable to provide any case updates or detailed information while the case is being assessed and reviewed.
