You asked, they listened – Hodge always take your feedback on board and they’re excited to announce some criteria enhancements. They’ve made these changes so you can help even more customers and grow your business, at Hodge, they’re always working with you.

Their criteria enhancements: 

  • Hodge reduced their minimum property value from £120,000 down £100,00 across all their mortgages.
  • They’ll now accept traditional Scottish tenement flats.
  • They’ll now accept properties with private drainage (septic tanks) and they’ll consider properties with shared drainage provided legal arrangements are in place for maintenance and access.
