A nationwide outage means that anyone using Gmail temporarily lost access their email account for both sending, receiving, and looking at historic mail this morning and there is continued disruption.
The Connect team all currently use Gmail for their day-to-day email account. Whilst it seems to be partially restored, the team may not have seen or be able to action any emails you send now or have sent recently until the issue is fully resolved.
You can still contact the Connect team via other methods such as the phone, OMS messages on a case or by Skype instant messaging. All the connect team direct dials and Skype instant messaging details are available in the Connect Operations manual in BOX or can also be seen on the following link.
