From Tuesday 24 May, TSB has made changes to their Residential products.
The lender has temporarily withdrawn the following 5 Year Fixed, £0 fee products:
- First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-95% LTV
- Remortgage, 0-90% LTV
- New Build First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 80-90% LTV
- Shared Ownership First Time Buyer and House Purchase including New Build, 0-90% LTV
- Shared Equity First Time Buyer and House Purchase including New Build, 0-85% LTV
They’ve also made changes to the following 5 Year Fixed, £995 fee products:
- First Time Buyer and House Purchase, 0-75% LTV increased by 0.25%
- Remortgage, 0-85% LTV increased by up to 0.30%
Brokers will be informed of product withdrawals at 10am on Monday 23 May, and asked to submit applications before 8pm on Monday 23 May, as they won’t be available after this time.
