- 75% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.37%
- 80% LTV – Rates withdrawn and not replaced
- 85% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.32%
- 90% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.32%
- 95% LTV – Rates increased by up to 0.33%
- Discounted SVR rates increased by 0.10%
- Help to Buy rates increased by up to 0.32%

- Nothing is staying the same, all products are changing
When is this change?
- Existing products will be withdrawn at 8pm on Monday 23rd May
- New products will be available from 9am on Tuesday 24th May
