OMS Release Notes – Versions 4.6.6 & 4.6.7

VERSIONS 4.6.6 & 4.6.7 ARE LIVE!

 

We are constantly working to improve your OMS experience. Here is a summary of what has changed with this update.

New Integration – Smoove
We are now integrated with the Smoove’s conveyancing platform. This allows you to select a quotation type, produce quotations (including a PDF version), and then instruct a solicitor. This is done from the Solicitors & Accountants step on a case. If you are registered with Smoove and would like this set up, please email support@omsystem.co.uk.
New Integration – UnderwriteMe
We are now integrated with UnderwriteMe’s protection quotation platform. This allows you to produce protection quotations from the Insurance Sourcing step. If you would like this set up, please email support@omsystem.co.uk.
New Integration – GoCardless
We are now integrated with GoCardless’s payments platform. This allows you to request fees from the client which can be paid online. The statuses of the requests are available at any time, and once the fee has been paid, the Date Received will be updated for the relevant fees on the Fees step. If you are registered with GoCardless and would like this set up, please email support@omsystem.co.uk.
Small Changes
  • On the Sourcing Brain integration, we have updated it so that the property’s Construction Type defaults to “Conventional Construction”.
  • On the Cases search screen, you can now have a filter to search by review date. If you would like this switched on, please email support@omsystem.co.uk.
  • On the Applicant Details step, we have added a field for Visa Expiry Date which will appear in relevant scenarios.
  • On the Applicant Details step, we have updated the “Do you have any vehicles?” field so that it is permission-based so that it can be switched off if you don’t want it. If you would like it switched off, please email support@omsystem.co.uk.
  • On the Credit Commitments step, there is now a “Ltd Co.” option available under the App dropdown. This is so you can record company commitments on Limited Company applications.
  • On the Insurance Applications step, we have added a dropdown for Status which can record the status on a per-policy basis. Please email support@omsystem.co.uk with the options you would like available in this dropdown.
  • On the Insurance Applications step, we have added an option of “5 Years” to the Pays Out dropdown field.
  • On insurance (INS) cases, we have updated the Applicant Details step so that payment information for the policies can be recorded on a per-applicant basis.
  • For eSign documents, we have updated the Arrangement Fee token to pull through the pence figure as well.
Bug Fixes
  • We fixed an issue with the iPipeline integration where it would fail to produce a quotation under certain scenarios.
  • We fixed an issue with the AIR Sourcing integration where it would fail to produce a source under certain scenarios.
  • We fixed an issue where cases could not be deleted under certain scenarios.
  • We fixed an issue where bridging cases could not be copied under certain scenarios.
  • We fixed an issue on the Applicant Details step where the Number of Vehicles field would not save under certain scenarios.
  • We fixed an issue on the Employment Details step where the Bonus, Overtime, and Allowance Guaranteed radio buttons were not defaulting to No.
  • We fixed an issue on the Credit Commitments step where the Term Remaining field would not become active for types “Unsecured” and “PCP”.
  • We fixed an issue on the Linked Cases step where the case you have linked was not visible on the case that you linked it from.
  • We fixed an issue on enquiry (ENQ) cases where the Resend Client Invitation option would show in the Case Options list despite ENQ being inaccessible to clients.
  • We fixed an issue on insurance (INS) cases where you could not access the Budget Planner unless you also had the permission for DIP cases.
  • We fixed an issue on Club Route (CLUB) cases where the Send Message function would not bring up the introducer’s contact information.
  • We fixed an issue on Club Route (CLUB) cases where the Send Message function would not bring up files uploaded to the Documents step on “Add Attachments From The Case”.
  • We fixed an issue on Club Route (CLUB) cases where the Send Message function would populate the client last name token with the client’s first name.
  • We fixed an issue on the Club Route search tab where you could not use the Adviser filter.
  • We fixed an issue on the Networks tab where the total at the bottom of the search would not reflect the true total number of records.
  • We fixed an issue on the broker registration form where their principal network would save as digits instead of its name.
