Product Withdrawal Notification
We are increasing our rates on our Residential high LTV and HTB products in order to protect our service levels; the following products will be withdrawn on Wednesday 4th August and will be replaced with new products from Thursday 5th August.
Products being withdrawn:
- Residential – 2-year 85% LTV Vida 1-3 products
- HTB – all 2 and 5-year purchase products, Vida 1-5
Transition arrangements
Decisions in Principle must be submitted, with product selected, by 6.30pm on Wednesday 4th August
For any new DIPs, or cases currently in the pipeline, all mandatory docs must have been uploaded with fees paid, and case progressed to ‘Application Received’ stage, by 6.30pm on Monday 9th August
