Together has informed a temporary pause to their fixed rate offering. This change impacts both existing pipeline and new applications for both BTL and Commercial Term.
This decision has been taken in view of the recent market changes, we will be reviewing this on a daily basis and will provide an update on when the pause is lifted.
Existing Pipeline
Any application, on either a 2-year or 5-year Fixed Rate will be temporarily paused and will not be progressed regardless of the stage the application is at. The customer has the option to change the facility to one of their variable rate products.
New Applications
Any application submitted but not yet reviewed and any application quoted but not yet submitted will not be reviewed and progressed currently. The customer has the option to change the facility to one of their variable rate products.
