InterBay wanted you to know that due to ongoing market uncertainty they’re withdrawing the following products:
- 65% LTV commercial and semi-commercial products;
- 75% LTV buy to let products;
- All holiday let products.
For applications to be considered from their current range, you must have submitted an agreement in principle before 4pm today, Tuesday 27 September when access to their online submission portal will close.
All cases on InterBay’s current range and previously withdrawn ranges must be fully submitted with essential documents by 5pm Friday 30 September. This supersedes previously communicated deadlines for full case submissions.
