As it’s been widely reported since Thursday Twenty7tec has received an unprecedented number of product changes being communicated to them by lenders – 3x their typical daily average.
Whilst they have been working tirelessly to process these changes and will continue to do so, due to the sheer number being received and the fact that the vast majority are being communicated to them outside of their traditional SLA, I’m afraid they cannot guarantee that all changes will be processed in time.
To help manage this situation, they would like to reiterate the importance of advisers validating the information held within sourcing with the lender directly and would ask for your support in cascading this message to your advisers.
They will also be engaging with the lenders to explore some interim measures that could improve the current situation for all parties across the market.
