Continuing the development of our Buy to Let product range this weeks newsletter details our personal buy to let offering.
We have also made a change to our minimum loan value for buy to let transactions. The minimum new deal we size we can accept is now £500,000. It is important that we ensure that applications coming into our lending teams are aligned with our products and represent best value for borrowers. We had seen an increasing trend where this was not the case on smaller BTL deals. The change applies to new applications received from today. Any applications already with our lending teams are unaffected.
