Refurbishment Buy To Let Product Changes

Precise Mortgages are replacing their current range of buy to let exit products from our refurbishment buy to let range. To secure a product from our current range you must fully submit your applications with fees paid, before 8pm on Thursday 28 July 2022. The new range will feature a choice of three exit products depending on the type of refurbishment works being completed, including standard, energy efficiency and EPC C+ refurbishment. Keep an eye out for our launch email later this week with full details available on our website from 9am on Friday 29 July 2022.
