NEW product and criteria changes West One BTL

West One’s extensive range of bridging finance has been developed to provide finance for a wide range of borrowers needs. Offering a personalised approach to lending and can work with the speed and flexibility required when the timing is critical.

Just wanted to update that we have made a two big changes: The first, we are now able to incorporate second charges on our regulated product WITHOUT adjusting the rate or adding additional costs.

Last week we made some pretty game changing improvements to our BTL lending criteria. We’ve added the following to our offering, effective right now! –

BTL 117 (initial pay rate 3.49%) Holiday Buy to Let Fixed Rate to 31 March 2024, 75% LTV. £199 Application Fee, £1,299 Completion Fee.  2 years ERCs. Also available as a regulated product for Consumer Buy to Let applications (BTL 116).

Shawbrook are kicking off the new year with a revamped Product Guide. It now includes their entire Property Finance proposition and better highlights the key features of each product offering.

Pepper Money are starting the new year with a series of updates across their product range, including changes to their criteria and rates.  There are many changes to note and so Pepper have put together the below bullet pointing them all for you.

West One have some exciting news about changes to their credit criteria on their W1 and W2 product ranges available from 13th January 2022. The revised product range will be available for selection on their broker portal from this date.
